Track Description
Another SX-MX hybrid, Birch Creek’s surface is loamier than any of
the previous tracks. Located in somewhat of a valley the track boasts a
high-speed start stretch with a left hand turn at the end of it. One more
turn and you’re going up the first of many short up hills, this one
in particular is a launch of sorts, and eventually takes you back down to
a tricky off camber and tabletop. Shoot down hill and you’ll approach
another tabletop and straightaway under a spectator catwalk. Turn left over
yet another small tabletop and set up for the first step up, land go right
and there’s a step down triple followed by a deep whoop section, turn
right and start catching gears for a high speed rhythm section made up of
big doubles. Wind around and back up hill and you’ll find yet another
tabletop followed by the last of the doubles, One more jump and you’re
headed towards the tunnel (which you’ll go through). After passing
the finish line, you’ll have an opportunity to try your hand at what
most consider the biggest jump in the GNC series, a gigantic uphill triple
is the last obstacle you’ll encounter before moving on to lap two.
Plenty of passing opportunities and the chance to test yourself against
the big triple will keep you coming back.

to 58 East of Danville, then take left on State Route 729 / Kentuck Road
(12 1/2 miles to track)
From Lynchburg – Charlottesville: US 29
North of Danville, take State Route 726 East, State Route 716 North,
US 360 East, State Route 729 / Kentuck Road South to track
From North Carolina: US 29 South of Danville, take US 29 (265) bypass
to 58 East to State Road 729 / Kentuck Road (12 1/2 miles to track)
From Richmond – Norfolk: US 58 East Of Danville, take right on
State Route 729 / Kentuck Road (12 1/2 miles to track)
